BLACK BELT CLINIC

      I want to start off by giving Mr. Stone a very special ‘Thank You’ for leading our clinic. To our disappointment Sensei was unable to make it to the clinic. We began the evening with warm-ups and went on to 27 movements and zenshinkotai, following that we split up into groups. Mr. Schreiber (son), Mr. Lanning and Ms. Schreiber (mom) practiced Sochin while Mr. Stone, Mr. Roberts and Mr. Bottrell went over Bassai.

      We later went on to work on sai’s and bo’s. We also had the opportunity to learn and practice some self-defense techniques such as: front choke, back choke and wrist grabs. We also learned a few more throws.

      This was a very fun learning experience. Mr. Stone lead an awesome clinic and was really appreciated and enjoyed by the Black Belts.
