Womens Self Defense

On Feb. 25, 2006, Yoshukai Karate Alliance held a womens self defense class. Sensei Dan Dugan went over the various attacks that could happen to women and showed them how to defend themselves. Some of those attacks included: a front choke, back choke, wrist grab and a bear hug. Yoshukai Karate Alliance would like to thank the women that attended. The following students of Yoshukai who attended were: Mr. Roberts, Mr. Kennett, Mr. Hanger, Mr. Bottrell, Mr. Schreiber, Emilie Lowe, Kailie Hoinacki, Diana Pickett, and Dawn Johnson.
