Black Belt Testing
    On June 16th we had three people test for their Black Belt rank or higher. First of all, we want to congratulate Sensei Roberts on his successful testing for the rank of Sandan!

    Next, we would like to congratulate Mr. Hanger on he success of reaching his goal as Nidan! We really wanted to say something else, but was vetoed by the editor (Sensei).

    Last but not least, congratulations Ms. (Emilie) Lowe for receiving her Black Belt (Shodan). Now we have two Black Belt women in the Alliance!

    Stepping up to a higher rank, which ever one it may be, is very rewarding experience. It takes a lot of dedication and good attitude during your training to be honored with the chance to test and hopefully accomplish your rank. We are grateful these ranks cannot be bought or gained through politics!
