During the days training, July 29th, the Black Belts reviewed weapon katas! As Sensei always states, you still need to continue practicing your karate techniques, you will only better your skills.......

Also included in the days training, Sensei and Mr. Stone went over a few knife tactics with us. We were shown what to do in the case of someone putting a knife against us from the front. We went over some basic throws, in which Mr. Stone seems to really enjoy with the lower ranks.......

 At the end of the day’s training. everyone sat together and went over the 2nd Draft of the Alliance Constitution and By-laws. A lot of input was given with some minor changes made. Thanks to all the Black Belts who participate in these special events. |
